Measures from the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework

Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) online database

We have developed an online database to find the results of your local GP practice and to report the latest annual QOF points. You can also use the database to compare your local GP practice with other GP practices locally, or across England.

Utilisation Reports

We combine progress reports from Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) who are deploying our national systems, to create a single report.
