Clinical Audit Platform

The Clinical Audit Platform is a web based system for health and care staff submitting data across our range of clinical audits, registries and collections.

It's a secure, flexible platform that is used to collect secondary use data for clinical audits, registries or collections.

How to access the clinical audit platform

To access the platform visit clinical audit platform and click 'sign in'. Here you will be able to sign in or register for a single sign-on account if you don't already have one.

Once you have signed in, you will see any audits, registries or collections that you have access to.

To access individual audits, registries or collections, you need to register by using the registration form on each individual audit page. These can be found on the clinical audits and registries pages. You will need to use the same email address that you used to set up your single sign-on account.

Each individual audit, registry or collection has its own instructions on submitting data, which you'll need to follow. Instructions and more information can be found on the clinical audits and registries pages.
